Josh Yskes - Realtor® - Associate Broker, GRI - Team Leader
Josh grew up in Southwest Michigan, moving to Grand Rapids in 2005. A GVSU graduate and former landscaper, he began his real estate career in 2016 while working full time in the green industry.
Now an Associate Broker and the West MI Roots Team Leader, he enjoys working with clients of all types as well as coaching agents on his team to provide superior service at every turn. Josh is a strong advocate for his clients, fiercely loyal, and believes that every relationship needs a foundation of honesty.
He is also an avid bowhunter and golfer and enjoys spending time hiking or at the family cottage with his wife, Emily.
Chip Laufer - Realtor® - Associate Broker, GRI
Chip grew up in Greater Grand Rapids and has started, run, and sold several businesses before falling in love with real estate. Involved for years as an investor and officially licensed in 2017, Chip is now a licensed Associate Broker and loves helping his clients realize their vision for a new home.
A hockey nut, you might also catch Chip on his boat in the summer time or chasing his 4 kids around to different sporting events.
Dan Altstadt - Realtor®
Dan grew up in southern Michigan and has an education and enthusiasm for art and architecture.
Working with custom home buyers for years, Dan was able to exercise his genuine zeal for creative problem solving and further hone his skills with consultation, space planning and design.
Having turned his focus to real estate, he applies these skills with care and enjoys serving his clients by helping them visualize and achieve their real estate goals. He practices patience with unique situations, a sharp attention to detail, adaptability and accommodation.
Dan has an unending appetite for movies and is constantly listening to music, and if you were to ask on any average day, he’d rather be on the golf course.
Giselle Svoboda - Realtor®
Giselle grew up in West Michigan and has lived in Grand Rapids her entire life. She is a Michigan State University graduate and is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
She is excited to get into the real estate industry, and is intrigued by home design and renovation. She is also our admin and also a newly licensed agent! You’ll likely hear from her on deals under contract.
She enjoys spending time outside, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
